At Saara Styles, we value your trust and are committed to delivering quality merchandise with care. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return & Replacement Policy

  • We do not provide exchanges, returns, or refunds unless the item delivered is damaged or defective.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must share an unedited 360° parcel opening video (recorded continuously without pause or cuts) within 24 hours of delivery as proof.
  • Once reviewed and approved by our team, an exchange or refund will be initiated.
  • Any return or replacement request without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval at our sole discretion.

2. What is Not Covered

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
    • Size or fit issues
    • Color preferences
    • Buyer’s remorse
  • We provide detailed product descriptions including fabric, measurements, and fit. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
  • Except in cases of physical damage or manufacturing defect, no return or refund will be entertained once the purchase is made.

3. Order Cancellations

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

b. Saara Styles-Initiated Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing or product listing errors
    • Operational constraints
  • In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved due to product damage or an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, including unauthorized returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges for Size/Color

  • We do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences.
  • To receive a different size or color, please place a new order separately.
